DINNER DATE FOR VALENTINES DAY
"If there are is a type of food that you are not conversant with in the menu, do not make a mistake of ordering it as you will end up embarrassing yourself."

St. Valentines day is a day that is considered by many as the day to express love. A day to show your partner whom he/she means to you. The day is spent with lavish gifts, dinner dates and expensive outings. It began as a liturgical celebration one or more early Christian saints named Valentinus.
This is the day that many relationships are defined and people look for true love. Various hotels and restaurants offer Valentines romantic give aways in order to impress their partners. Here are some DO's and DONT's during a Valentines dinner date with a new catch.
a). Your first impression matters.
When going out with a lady, a warm handshake is advisable as a sign of gesture. This is a sign of respect towards your new partner. If need be, a warm hug should be recommended. A man should also pull the chair for the lady once they get into the hotel. This will actually win her trust and portrays how caring the man is.
b). Dressing.
During a dinner date, both parties should be very decent. This will show the type of a gentleman/lady you are. For the guys, avoid sagging trousers, unkempt hair, dirty nails, unpolished shoes and unpressed clothes. For the ladies, avoid clothes tight clothes and those that show off your body like the cleavage, thighs etc. Also avoid overdoing your makeups and consider having a decent hair style.
c. General Conduct.
Avoid dwelling on more personal questions and the past. When answering any question from your date, be straight and give true answers. Let your attention be in your meeting and avoid eyeing other people who are around you. Avoid any indecent touching. If there are is a type of food that you are not conversant with in the menu, do not make a mistake of ordering it as you will end up embarrassing yourself. If you are not sure about the cutlery, be keen on what your partner does in-order to learn from them.
To crown it all, here is a poem to crown the day.

"The rose is red, the violet's blue, The honey's sweet, and so are you. Thou art my love and I am thine; I drew thee to my Valentine: The lot was cast and then I drew, And Fortune said it should be you"

Wishing you a Happy and Remarkable Valentine's Day

Njoki Chege and her hatred for Subarus
"Even if I own a Vitz, that is none of anyone's business."
She happens to be a columnist in the Saturday Nation that is a product of the Nation Media Group. A young lady that drives her anger on Blue Subaru owners. One ends up wondering if she has ever been duped by a Subaru guy. The truth of the matter lies within her and nature. Im not trying to be biased on the basis of Njoki Chege's beef but a Subaru is a stylish model of car. An affordable racing car and one that can make any rally driver win an International Championship.
We have seen many models of cars that have been pimped and even make more noise that the Subaru. Take an example of Mitsubishi Evolution IX and X mostly popular with the Arabs. Their turbo exhaust system is more noisy than the Subaru one. Another example is the Toyota Celica and Levin. Why is it that all anger is driven to Subaru owners and most specific blue ones? I must admit that Subaru happens to be my dream car and I won't lie on the 6 feet cubicle without owning one.
Call me cheap but my dreams always remain valid. Its not that I don't fancy big machines but I dream within my reach. Why dream for a fuel guzzler when I have a a 4 - figure net salary? "Ni mboga nitanunua ama ni Chrysler nitafuel?" I really yearn to know the type of machine Njoki Chege drives and the means of purchase she used. If she acquired a "Range rover" on loan, well, a teen Subaru owner is far much better of.
I salute all Subaru owners from teen to old age people. Pimping the machine to a powerful turbo system and breather actually portrays your love for motor sport and also the amount of hard work they did to own such a wonderful racing car. Actually even if I own a Vitz, that is none of anyone's business. I don't seek help in driving. Subaru owners, count on my support. Lets pimp the cars to the maximum "Na mwenye wivu ajinyonge"
